Brian Oxman, Jackson family spokesman and attorney, responded to the tragic news of Michael Jackson's death on CNN. He said he was "stunned" and that he cried with the family. He as well told that the people close Michael were "enabling him" and that he "warned" the family that Michael might have been abusing prescription drugs.

Oxman added that he told Michael Jackson he had better see his medication consumption. And so he added “Where there's smoke there's fire.” It’s mentioning to the conditions of his death.

This hypothesis might have some validity, specially allowing the premature death of the King of Pop.
